How the diagram reacts when a ⌘G group is folded into a card or unfolded. Auto-fit re-runs
your current Arrange (it never switches layout styles) so the space frees up automatically.
Combine two or more columns into one to make the network diagram narrower — e.g. merge "Internal Plaster" and "External Plaster" into "Plaster". Run Arrange again after saving to apply.

The basics
What is an activity?A card with a name and a duration in working days. Click any card to edit every field — costs, progress, dependencies.
Reading the numbersAbove a card: ES earliest start · duration · EF earliest finish. Below: LS latest start · float · LF latest finish. Float = days it can slip without moving handover.
Dependencies & lagShift+drag from one card onto another (press-and-hold on touch). Click an arrow to set its type (FS/SS/FF/SF) or a lag — “+2” means a 2-day gap.
The critical pathThe red chain has zero float: any slip there moves the finish date. Everything else has room.
Sub-networksSelect cards → ⌘G groups them. Click the ⌄ on the group's tag (or ⌥-click it) to fold the whole group into one summary card with rolled-up dates; click the card to unfold. Arrows re-route to the card — an ×n badge means several links share one arrow; click it to list or remove them. The toolbar button (or C) folds or unfolds every group at once. The diagram re-arranges and zooms to fit automatically (change this in Settings).
